HELLO!

I found Chiropractic during my days of competitive soccer. After numerous injuries and nagging issues, I started seeing a Chiropractor in my home town, Red Deer, Alberta, Canada. Getting my body back in alignment allowed me to reduce injury, function better, play harder and ultimately kept me playing at my best. This allowed me to go on and play at a high level in Canada and University level in Oklahoma.

I always knew I wanted to take care of people and discovering Chiropractic gave me the ability to do just that in a positive and rewarding atmosphere. I want to help people remove obstacles that are preventing them from reaching their full health potential. You never know how far someone will go given the opportunity.

I graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, Ca and have also completed 3 years of postgraduate work through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, where I learned the most advanced techniques available, including Webster, for caring for pregnant moms, babies and kids. This extensive training outside of my regular education allows me to say, with confidence, that I understand the care and unique circumstances that come with taking care of perinatal women and pediatrics.

I am a family enthusiast! My own family consists of myself, my husband Cameron, our son Quinn (who was born July 4th, 2015) and our chihuahua, Tripp. My experience becoming a mother has been both the most incredible & rewarding, but also the most challenging experience of my life. I am sensitive to the changes a woman goes through physically, emotionally and mentally during pregnancy, birth and the early years of motherhood. I feel my experiences and education will allow me the ability to support and care for new and experienced moms, bringing them to peace of mind and body.

I am proud to say I am a Family Chiropractor! I love being able to love and serve families through chiropractic care, as it is the greatest honor to be given the responsibility to care for what is most precious to you.
