We had a blast yesterday at our booth at the 33rd Annual Butter & Egg Days Parade! We hung out with a lot of great people, talked about chiropractic, and checked spines. Dr. Matt even got his beard painted like a rainbow! (He’s still not quite sure why.)
The theme for this year’s parade was “Home Grown Petaluma.” We thought that was absolutely perfect because both Dr. Jen and Dr. Matt were born in Petaluma (at home!) and Dr. Jen is actually a second-generation chiropractor. Given that we have known each other since we were 9 and 7 years old, you might say that we grew up with chiropractic.
If you’re wondering what happens when two über-natural, born-at-home, chiropractic enthusiasts who have known each other most of their lives get married (because I’m sure you’ve always wondered) look no further than our amazing 4-year-old “Doctor Noah!” He’s getting his spine checked regularly, rarely gets sick, is FULL of energy, and (in this proud dad’s opinion) he’s one of the smartest and happiest kids I know. Did I mention he’s cute?) We have benefited so much from chiropractic and its philosophy over the years that it just feels great to give back to our hometown and share it with the community. We are so excited to see what the future holds for chiropractic in Petaluma!
